Consolidation of Sales, Budget, Forecast data for multiple subcompanies and acquisitions to give an simplistic view for decision making and tracking.

Background:  

The customer is a leading mobility solutions provider in US, operating across multiple channels with a wide geographic footprint having extensive service offerings.  

Challenge:  

Millions of transactional records were available in different databases of different subcompanies and acquisitions. Budget data is in Excel files 

There is a separate set of logic to fetch the data from each system.  

The consolidated and individual company-wise dashboard for Sales, Budget, Forecast is not available for users to make decisions and C level team is struggling to ensure data availability 

Solution: 

We gathered the data in one place leveraging Qlik and build a first level interactive dashboard for users. 

N printing was used to loop and reduce data and create different sheets for each company.  

Section access was used for each user to make sure each person will get the relevant data.  

Outcome: 

Consolidation of data in a single system, giving confidence and auditability to management 

Ease of data access in a usable intuitive interface leveraging the Qlik in-memory analytics. Governance with role based access for users of different companies in different roles 
Email with n-1 data helped users to stay on top of things and make decisions on time.
